Professional and Research Interests: 

Minimally invasive diagnostic testing methods for gastrointestinal disease, particularly tests for small intestinal, liver and pancreatic pathology. The role of oxidative and nitrosative stress in gastrointestinal disease. Gastrointestinal microbial ecology and the use of probiotic/prebiotic therapies to control diarrheal disease, particularly in chemotherapy-induced diarrhea.
