| Specimen Requirements: |

| Whole blood in 3.2% sodium citrate and EDTA. Include samples from a normal animal of the same species, if possible. |
| Collection Protocol: |
|
|
| Collect blood by atraumatic venipunction and place into blue top (Na-citrate) and lavendar top (EDTA) tubes. Fill blue top tube to mark. Fill lavender top tube at least halfway. |

| Refrigerated, in a leak proof tube(s). Overnight or 2-day shipping for samples is required. |
