Abstract

Diarrhea is highly prevalent in racing sled dogs, although the underlying causes are poorly understood. Hypothesis: Clostridium perfringens enterotoxin (CPE) and Clostridium difficile Toxin A and B are associated with diarrhea in racing sled dogs.
