The OVDL is excited to implement the CoreOne Online Client Portal. With this implementation, we have created several resources to assist clients in transitioning to this new system.
The CoreOne laboratory information management system transition has allowed for several updates across the OVDL. One of the most noticeable changes is the new design of test reports. Changes to reports allow for a clearer understanding of test results and processes, while also enhancing the report’s overall readability. The OVDL has updated reports to display data in an efficient, descriptive format, unlike that of other laboratories.

The OVDL generates an invoice once all test requests on an accession have been finalized. The invoice includes details of the patient and tests processed for the specific accession.
At the end of each month, the OVDL generates a Statement Report, detailing the invoices processed to a client’s account during the month. Additionally, if there was a balance from the previous month(s), it will be included, as well as any applicable late fees.
For clients with an OVDL account, please be aware that payments are applied to the oldest outstanding charge on your account. Payments are not applied to individual charges. This Statement Report is provided as an informational copy. Please use the Total Amount Due on your monthly Statement Report to avoid late fees.
