Hello! My name is Maggie, and I am in the Class of 2028. I grew up in the Chicago area (Naperville, Illinois) and completed undergrad at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. As a nontraditional student, I took a six-year gap before vet school to work, travel and move to Portland, Oregon. Fun fact: I've been to all 50 states and over 30 countries!
I really enjoy being a vet student at OSU, and especially love how supportive the community is, all the new friends I've made and living in beautiful Oregon. In addition to being a student ambassador, I am excited to hold officer positions in fun clubs like Surgery Club, Radiology Club and AAVMP. As a future doctor, I am especially interested in small animal medicine and working abroad. Outside of school, I love to cook, play video games and spend time outdoors.
