Light brown cat with dark brown stripes laying down on a blanket

Brandon Roy, a kitten found my friends on there property, was adopted by our family in January of 2010. At the time we had just purchased a home and had a daughter who was almost a year old. Despite having been injured, likely from being hit by a car, Brandon made a full recovery. He grew up as an inside/outside cat, enjoying outdoor adventures and showcasing his hunting skills often bringing home birds and field mice. Over the years our family grew with two more children, each forming a special bond with Brandon. Me in particular had a close connection with him enjoying quiet evenings together while catching up on my favorite shows. After moving to the bedroom Brandon would always sleep at my feet. His passing was one of the hardest moments of our lives but we continue to keep his memory alive by talking about him and reminiscing through photos and videos. His presence is deeply missed everyday. We would like to thank everyone at the Woodburn Pet Hospital who helped us through our hard time in having to say goodbye to Brandon Roy.
