Captain

Captain was a rescue, along with his kennel mate, that we got via Vancouver BC from Bahrain in the Persian Gulf. They were both street dogs, rescued when they were found injured, and both had rear leg amputations - they were tripaws. They'd only been with us for 2-3 months when Captain began to have some problems. Ultimately it was cancer and we lost him after 4 1/2 months. It's just amazing what a grip he had on our hearts after such a short time.
