Dog with white and dark brown fur wearing a yellow vest and sitting on the sidewalk

Daisy Grey was an Australian Shepherd mix that was rescued out of an abusive situation in California. She landed in Oregon with Deaf Dogs of Oregon. She was deaf and reactive. With the help of Dr. Sid's team at Pacific Avenue Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Pachel's team at Animal Behavior Clinic, Daisy Grey lived a full, happy life full of toy hoarding, dramatic sighs, incredible nose work skills, and love. Once she felt safe and had the skills to navigate the world without fear as a driving force, she was hilarious, incredibly smart, and truly the best companion. I will forever feel honored to have earned her trust and to have become her family. I will always treasure our 12 years; her absence has left a gaping hole in my heart and my home. I miss my girl.
