Dog

We have had many Bernese Mountain dogs, but Edelweiss was our first puppy. She was born to her mama, Journey in August 19, 2018. She would have been 7 this year in August. She was a mama's girl--loved popcorn, belly rubs and loved to just lay in the sunshine and watch the world go by on our property. She was gentle, sweet and would get so excited when we would arrive home, that her barks would turn to high pitched squeals! We loved her from the moment we saw her sweet face. She is survived by her mama, Journey (who will be 10 in December) and (2) other dogs in our house, Vader (a Bernese) and Fergus, a Golden Retriever. They miss sweet Edelweiss too. Thank you to my co-workers at OSU Foundation--Jamie Suter, Jessie Myers, and Jennifer Milburn for donating in honor of Edelweiss.
