Gemi came into my life during my 20’s. She was just a puppy, but already revealing the parts of herself that I would admire and count on during the 15 years of her life. Gemi was fearless, feisty, soulful, sweet, and hilarious. Where we were in the world never mattered. She loved sunbathing, treats, snuggles, nap time with mama, and her toy, Mr. Rat. She taught me patience, attachment, and unconditional love. The gifts she extended are too long to list. She was the love of our lives and the dog of a lifetime. Losing Gemi will always be worth getting to feel her love and companionship. She is and will be unimaginably missed… and forever in my heart.
