Nari was a 10 month old cat that suffered an awful end. She had not eaten much for two days and was acting more lethargic than her normal self. On the third day I took her to the emergency vet. I got the awful news that she had Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP) and only had a few days left to live. I was faced with the choice to put her down right away or bring her home for a few days to say my goodbye. I spent the next two days with her and knew that she was struggling and would have to be put down the next day. She still would not eat, had no energy and lost most of her body weight. By the last day I could feel almost every bone in her body. She went from weighing about 9 pounds to weighing under 5 in the matter of days. She left behind two dog sisters and a heart broken cat mom. She will be missed greatly.
