Palmer was a blonde colored golden retriever, with a heart of gold. He was a friend to anyone who would pet him or show affection. He earned the nickname, "The Buddy," for sitting on your feet as you pet his head. Palmer loved to go on walks on the beach, in his hometown of Pawleys Island, in South Carolina. He loved his owner Andy Justice more than himself. Everyday, Andy would take him to work and ride him around in his truck. Palmer loved to stick his head out of the window, and smile at all the scenery and passing cars. Eventually, everyone that saw Palmer throughout the week would have treats for him, or at least say hello. Palmer had his routines. He knew all the neighbors in his neighborhood, and would occasionally take himself for walks without his owner, we called them "Socials." Palmer loved his life and loved his ways. He greeted everyone, and loved to be outside. His owner would say that Palmer is missed by many people in his community, because of his well known presence. Palmer has trained and raised many other dogs to follow in his ways, including his much younger brother Finn Justice. Palmer also leaves behind his new human brother, Campbell Justice who was 13 months old at his passing. We love you Palmer, you live on in our hearts and can't wait to see you at the great rainbow bridge!!
