Purrgo came to live with me when his first family had to move to Brazil. As an adult he was already pretty set in his ways but he quickly took over my room and staked his claim to a big part of my bed. He wasn't much for toys or playing around but he was always communicating to me and showing me what he needed. His yellow eyes were the first thing I saw in the morning and usually the last thing I saw at night. When he developed diabetes he accepted the shots willingly (with a treat) and would come and get me when he knew it was time for his medicine. The night he had a seizure, he came running to me crying and then collapsed at my feet. I didn't realize I'd miss him so much.
