T-Bear was a small dog with big personality. We always imagined his human counterpart as a cigar-smoking, beer drinking Danny Devito with an appetite like a horse. Any food that hit the floor was quickly slurped up, really, most anything. And trying to feed the cats without T-Bear getting into it was, let's say, an ongoing challenge that involved gates, timing and sometimes physical intervention. We will never forget how he charmed everyone he met, went on running rampages in circles around the property and played with his 85-lb pack brother, a mixed Great Dane called Logan. When they played, Logan would lay his head down so T-Bear, being the 20 pounder with short legs, could bite his neck. He had lots of 'tude, he did, and his pictures make us smile just to think of him. We let his ashes wash out to sea, along with his buddies Logan and Josie who preceded him in death. Those 3 enriched our lives, filled our hearts and made us laugh every day. Run fast, T-Bear! May Logan let you bite his neck, and Josie bark the whole time playing. We miss you.
