Thunder was 15 yrs 7 months old, I got him when he was 8 weeks old. I named him Thunder because his bark sounded like it came from a big dog. In July I took him to the vet as he was straining to go poop and he smelled like anal gland all the time. They found a lump in his anal sac. At his age we decided no treatment and he was already on pain meds for his arthritis issues. I took him home to live with him for whatever time he had left. A month later I took him back to the vet as he was walking around in circles and got anxious. He had 2 ulcers on his eye, a skin infection, and his mass grew double in size, so I got him skin antibiotics prebiotic eye meds and a 2nd pain med. He still was in pain so we made the hard choice to have him put down, he will be forever missed....
