Turn Around Time
1 day, samples are run between 10:00 am and 2 pm. Samples received after 2:00 pm testing is done next day.
Shipping Requirements
Label all samples. Ship overnight or 2 day in a insulated container with ice packs. Collect in a red top tube, remove from red cells and place in an additive free transport tube. Do not use serum separator tubes as these can falsely decrease progesterone levels. Samples will be rejected.

0.5 mL serum
Collection Protocol
Keep sample at room temperature (not refrigerated) until serum separated within 2 hours of collection, then refrigerate or freeze. For best results fasted samples are recommended.
