At the Oregon State University Carlson College of Veterinary Medicine, we enjoy educating and training the best and brightest future veterinarians. This ceremony is a special occasion to celebrate their accomplishments.

Dr. Lilian Wong decided to start offering Objective Structured Clinical Exams for all first-year Oregon State University Carlson College of Veterinary Medicine students.

Lorely Miller said she owes her life to the Oregon Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory at Oregon State University. “I do not believe that I would still be alive today.” 

Miller contracted tularemia, an extremely dangerous, highly contagious bacterial disease. People usually get tularemia from other animals. In her case, from a squirrel. 

Dr. Kaitlyn Vander Pas, alumni of Oregon State University Carlson College of Veterinary Medicine and big Beaver fan, now works at Oceanlake Veterinary Clinic and uses her education to better her community.
