Statements and Invoices
You will receive a monthly statement showing all activity during the statement period. The balance due will be stated. Payment will be required by the last day of the month following the billing statement. Interest will be charged each month on any unpaid balance after the 1st, at the rate of one percent per month (12% APR).
Individual invoices are sent when testing is completed.
Please pay off individual invoices OR statements, not both.
Delinquent Accounts
Accounts with an outstanding balance of 30 days enters our internal collections process. Accounts stay in our internal collections process for 120 days and if the balance is still unpaid it will be turned over to the Oregon Department of Revenue collections.
A one-time collections processing fee of $20.00 will be added to all accounts with balances that are 60 days or more past due.
