The listed fee includes external examination of the animal, examination of the internal organ systems, and microscopic evaluation of tissues (as needed for diagnosis). If additional testing is required for diagnosis, individual fees for each test will be added to the invoice. After necropsy, representative remains (head, heart, and hooves) will only be released to a licensed cremation service. Arrangements must be made directly with the crematory prior to delivery to the OVDL. If no selection is made, routine disposal will be completed.
