Detection of Deer Atadenovirus A (OdAdV-1), the causative agent of Adenovirus hemorrhagic disease (AHD) in cervids, by realtime PCR Test is available as STAT if requested, for an additional fee. Same day results provided for STAT specimens submitted before 10:00 a.m. Results for STAT specimens submitted after 10:00 a.m. receive priority status and are reported as soon as they are available, at least by the following business day.

Detection of Odocoileus hemionus Deer Adenovirus 1 (OdAdV-1) by virus neutralization. Testing days are dependent on sample load. Please call us at 541-737-2172 if testing a large number of animals. While advance notice is preferable, it is not required.
