We searched for months to find an all-white kitty to go with our black Norwegian forest cat (Harajuku). The yin to her yang, the salt to her peppa, lamb was a perfect sibling and the most appreciative pet we've ever had. We brought him home from the humane society at a mere 2lbs of fluff. A tiny white kitten with a crooked tail. He ran around the house, amazed by everything. He climbed the couch, the shoji doors, ran around the house, sliding across the hard wood floors. He would eat and drink so voraciously, licking his bowl clean. He loved his toys and his bed, anything we gave him, he loved. Most of all he loved his family. He could lay on your lap for hours, purring. He loved being carried and would often climb onto our shoulders to catch a ride. He wanted to be with us every minute, even while we used the restroom. He would push open the bathroom door and climb into our underpants while we sat on the toilet. When we got his little sister, bacon, he tolerated her incessant abuse. The chasing and clawing, biting and climbing all over him. He dealt with it all patiently and lovingly, never hissing or hurting her. My sweet boy was such a joy in our lives. Toward the end I started to call him my "perfect angel boy" and that's what he will forever be. My lamb, my perfect angel boy, we miss you so much every day. Until we meet again, love mommy, daddy, bacon, nova, luna, alba, adonis, and mama b.
