Objective of the program
The One Health Summer Program is a collaborative effort between Oregon State University Carlson College of Veterinary Medicine and Western University of Health Sciences in Lebanon to bring together students for a summer research program. Students will participate in research relevant to human, animal, and environmental health in a collaborative environment. Research topics include zoonotic disease (Lyme disease, Rocky Mountain spotted fever, Leptospirosis, Giardia) and antibiotic resistance. Students will participate in all components of the research - including study design, fieldwork, laboratory work, and data analysis.

When: June 24 - August 2, 2024
Stipend: $2000 for Undergraduate Students, $3000 for Graduate Students
Applications: We are seeking 4-6 undergraduate students and 1-2 veterinary and MPH students for the summer of 2024
