Small brown and white dog in costumes or playing outside

Poncho Loco was a good boy - August 2009 to April 2024. He joined our family at 6 months and quickly became the leader of the pack! He was small and mighty - as a young pup the kids dressed him in all sorts of outfits and he was chill. He followed us everywhere. With a dog bed in every room he was in charge. Anabelle gave him his baths and trimmed his nails. She would wrap him in a towel before he’d escape to run wild through our house. When out in the world he would bark at all dogs and humans of all sizes…but give him a field of daisies and he would roll around without a stress in the world. Eli would carry him around and chase him too. We all loved him and it was hard as he got older and forgot lots of things. Our amazing vet explained he was now a super senior (at almost 15). She talked us through a quality of life assessment and helped us make a difficult decision. It was time for P. Lo to go - he was now the O.G. A part of our kids lives and our village. We miss him and picture him on the rainbow bridge and with his friends who passed before him. Thank you for taking care of Poncho Loco and us Dr. Felton. You and your team are truly amazing, compassionate, trustworthy and kind. Thank you for honoring Poncho Loco’s memory!
