Minnie, a corgi and lab mix was placed on Pet Finder at a rescue agency in the State of Washington. She was found by a senior couple running around on farm acreage and taken to a veterinary clinic. A woman at the clinic who operated a rescue agency volunteered to take Minnie to find an owner (our daughter). After a drive to Prosser Washington, we brought Minnie home to Beaverton where she lived a happy life for 14 ½ years. A short time ago she was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and given 6 - 12 months to live. But with proper medication and lots of love she survived 21 months. She loved her backyard, walks and playing with her family’s children and grandchildren.
