Kayla Neiderfer is originally from New York. After earning her Bachelor’s of Science in Pre-Veterinary Medicine and Animal Biosciences at the University of Delaware, she moved to the mid-west to attend veterinary school at the University of Missouri. She then completed a one-year small animal rotating internship at VCA Aurora Animal Hospital outside of Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Neiderfer enjoys many aspects of Oncology, particularly client support/communication, cancer biology, and working with families to maintain the human-animal bond in the face of a difficult diagnosis.
Dr. Neiderfer and her significant other are looking forward to exploring the Pacific Northwest with their two dogs, Weezer and Hunter. They also share their home with two cats, Tonka Tough Steel and Spicy Salami.
