Hello! My name is Madison Escobar (she/her) and I am a member of the Class of 2027! I have lived in Corvallis most of my life, and completed my undergraduate degree at Washington State University studying Animal Science. While much of my experience comes from small animal clinics and shelters, I enjoy working with dairy cows too! In undergrad, I learned how to AI and palpate pregnancies at different gestation lengths: I find ruminant reproduction very interesting!
I am currently interested in small animal GP and shelter medicine, but I am keeping all options open as I navigate through all the opportunities vet school has to offer!
Outside of school, I love Beaver sports, spending time with friends and family, hiking, working out, and relaxing with my two bunnies. The community here at CCVM and Corvallis is so special, and I am honored to help in any capacity as a student ambassador.
